Please allow items 3 to 5 business days to ship. If you have ordered a custom order, or an item that is out of stock please allow us 2 to 4 weeks to make your product and get it headed your way.
What if something in my order broke during shipping?
We pack our pots the best we can, but sometimes breakage happens. Please let us know upon receiving your package if your item has arrived broken. Snap a photo of the broken items as you found them in the box and send them to email@example.com (this way we can file an insurance claim if it looks like it was due to excessively rough handling). We’ll send you a replacement as soon as we can, and don't worry about sending us the pieces back.
If you are considering returning a product, that probably means you ordered one, so thank you! We take pride and time on our craft and have a 100% guarantee that you will love your new items as much as we loved making them. If there is any problem you have with your order, let us know (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we'll make it right.
Let us know within 3 days if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, and have it headed back to us within 10 days of receiving to get your refund. You will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping to return your item as well as getting the breakable items back to us safely. However, if you received a damaged or defective item, we will supply you with a pre-paid shipping label to mail your return. If you’re worried about your packaging skills, bring your returns to a trusted shipper to package for you. We are unable to issue refunds for items that are returned to us in anything less than like-new condition. Refunds will be issued only after your returns are received to our workshop. Please note: the cost of shipping is non-refundable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your turn from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
